We are 100% Malaysian made.

Absolutely! Our product is 100% Vegan-Friendly.
5. Once I’ve opened it, how do I store my Bintang Flavours Kantan Chilli Sauce?
Keep the opened bottle refrigerated. Consume within 90 days of opening for optimum taste.
1. What areas do you deliver to?
Currently, we ship to Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (maximum bottles for East Malaysia applicable).
2. I live in East Malaysia. What are minimum and maximum orders?
At the present moment, we can only ship 4 bottles or less per order. Stay tune for future updates!
3. I live outside of Malaysia. Do you deliver outside of Malaysia?
We are sorry but we currently do not deliver outside of Malaysia.
4. How long does it take to process my order?
We will process and ship out your order within 3 business days once payment is completed, unless otherwise stated.
Standard delivery is usually within 2-5 business days (Peninsular Malaysia) and 3 – 14 business days (East Malaysia) depending on the courier company.
Do note that any delays in shipment will need to be addressed by customer directly to the courier company.

We are sorry to hear that! We handle every parcel with extra care, but they may be damaged during shipping. If you have received a damaged or faulty item through shipping, kindly contact us at [email protected]
as soon as possible for us to send a new bottle to you, free of charge.
